Give a Gift That Transforms a Life.
Riders Up! is a multi-faceted program. We provide free riding lessons to low-income, special needs and military families, but we are also a sanctuary for retired racehorses.
Through our Horse Boy Method inspired sessions, we also help autism families receive the therapeutic benefits of horses. These families get one on one sessions that provide them with unique learning opportunities that encourages autistic children to communicate and explore the world around them.
Consider donating and changing a child’s life forever.
Sponsor a Child or a Horse
Sponsor a child with 10 free riding lessons for $350. The child receives 10 1-hour private riding lessons.
Sponsor a horse for $350/month and the horse’s full care board including feed, hay and farrier are covered.
Give a One-Time Gift
Looking to donate to support the program in general or in the name of an individual, family or company? A one-time gift is a great way to do that.
Other Ways to Give
Does your business or place of work offer donation matching? This is when the company doubles the gift of an employee so you can give twice as much with only half coming out of your pocket! Check with your HR department to see if your company offers donation matching.
Give "In Memory Of"
One of the best ways to honor a lost loved one – friend, family member or pet – is to donate in their memory. With each gift, a heartfelt thank you will be sent in their memory.

Purchase Supplies & Tack
Safe and well-fitting tack is essential in teaching proper horsemanship and riding skills. Our current need for tack is leather halters, rainbow training reins and a western saddle with an 18-inch seat.
Purchase Feed & Hay
Horses need to be well-fueled in order to work and perform. Our horses eat Bluebonnet Equilene Complete and due to our great pasture, they only need round bales in the winter months. Our feed is $14.50 per bag and round bales are typically $55, but vary based on the season.
